UPDATE – Wednesday December 2nd, 2020

Leeds has today been moved to Tier 3 under current government guidelines. After checking all relevant and available regulations, we are pleased to confirm we are able to provide service as normal. IT Support has never been so important with many people now working from home and PC Repair Leeds is proud to help in these difficult times. To ensure we comply with current COVID legislation, Clients should make an appointment before attending our office. Please see our current COVID procedures below. Stay safe.

UPDATE – Sunday November 1st, 2020

The UK government has announced on Saturday 31st October, a national lockdown starting Thursday, November 5th, 2020. We are able to continue providing service as normal as PC Repair Leeds supports critical care Clients in several industries. Due to restrictions, it may not be possible to attend a home or business if the Client is self-isolating. For all inhome / business appointments, we will now check to ensure it is safe for our staff to attend. UPDATE – Friday October 29th, 2020

Following the announcement today by the UK Government to place West Yorkshire into Tier 3 COVID restrictions, we have checked with Leeds City Council (see exemptions here) and we can confirm we are able to continue providing service to our Clients as normal. To enable us to ensure the safe wellbeing of our staff, please see the below COVID procedures we have put in place. Your help in adhering to these procedures, both in your home and our office, is greatly appreciated.

UPDATE – Wednesday October 14th, 2020

Further to the “3 Tier” COVID system implemented by the Government, Leeds is currently in Tier 2. This allows us to continue providing service to all residents and business. As of this date, we are still able to visit Clients in their homes and businesses and we can accept hardware at our Moortown office. As and when events change, we will update this page.

UPDATE – Friday September 25th, 2020

Leeds City Council have today imposed certain COVID restrictions (see here). After checking all available information, we are satisfied we can continue providing service without interruption.

We will continue to ensure we operate a COVID safe office, our staff are fully protected with PPE, and we follow each individual Clients own COVID procedures.

If you have any concerns, please do let us know. We are here to support all of our Clients during this unusual time.

In accordance with revised Government advice on the Coronavirus (COVID 19), we have continued to support our business and residential Clients throughout these difficult times.

Whilst we support the majority of our Clients remotely, there are times when we need to have the computer / laptop in our office. Up until May 10th, we were not able to call out to Client or have Clients attend our office. However, we are now able to provide a limited collection and drop off service.

Collection – If you need us to collect your computer, we can do this by appointment. To ensure the highest level of safety, we ask the below procedures are followed:

• Wipe the laptop / tower unit with anti-bacterial wipes. Please do the same with the power lead
• DO NOT put your laptop in a bag
• When we arrive, we will ring your phone and ask that you place the hardware on your doorstep. Please then go back inside and close the door.
• We will collect your hardware and take it to our office.
• Once the work has been carried it, we will wipe the computer with anti-bacterial wipes and reverse the above procedure.
• We are not able to provide a Hardware Receipt when we collect your computer, but you will receive a digital copy to your email

Drop-off – If you wish to drop your computer off at our office, this can be arranged by appointment. Please see the below procedures:

• Wipe the laptop / tower unit with anti-bacterial wipes. Please do the same with the power lead
• DO NOT put your laptop in a bag
• When you arrive at our office, please call our phone number.
• You can then leave your hardware at our back door
• If you can then move to the furthest point from the door, we will open the door and pick up your computer.
• We are not able to provide a Hardware Receipt when we collect your computer, but you will receive a digital copy to your email
• When the work has been completed, we will reverse the procedure.

At this time, we are  able to work in Client’s homes and businesses. However, specific COVID procedures will be adhered to, by our staff. These will be explained in fuller detail when you book a visit.

The safety of our staff and that of our Clients is paramount and whilst we aim to provide a full level of service, the above restrictions will remain in place until Government guidelines change.
